Windows 98 has been in development at Microsoft for years and it is now available. On

In order to run ths video you need a system capable of playing back MPEG movies. If you
have IE3+ installed with ActiveMovie then you should be able to play it back. ActiveMovie
will associate itself with MPEG files, so simply open the file and it should play.
